peanut butter sandwich on honey wheat
sour cream and onion chips
grape water

Dinner:
2 homemade tacos
diet coke

Snack:
100 cal pack

Exercise:
20 minutes cardio

Daily Thoughts:
I'm slacking a bit this week. Going out of town really gets you out of whack. I need to step it up this weekend, as we have a weigh-in on Saturday

mcdonalds hamburger

Exercise:
walked around Freed-Hardeman's campus

Daily Thoughts:
I had an off day, but I knew all week it would be my cheat day. I was out of town, pretty unable to eat real healthy. I hate that. Now I feel bad and discouraged.

February 7

Breakfast:
diet coke
special k bar

Lunch:
grilled chicken
green beans
mashed potatoes
2 cups water
1 yeast roll

Dinner:
salad



Daily Thoughts: I just feel pretty blah today. I don't want to work out or do anything really. I'm still eating as healthy as I can, which is making me feel better, but I need to start really working out.

small handful of chips with cheese dip
