Breakfast:
diet coke
special k bar

Lunch:
grilled chicken
green beans
mashed potatoes
2 cups water
1 yeast roll

Dinner:
salad



Daily Thoughts: I just feel pretty blah today. I don't want to work out or do anything really. I'm still eating as healthy as I can, which is making me feel better, but I need to start really working out.
