Lunch:
grilled chicken breast
1 yeast roll
mashed potatoes
about 2 bites of mac and cheese (unheard of!)
2 glasses of water (also nearly unheard of)
Dinner:
salad with ranch, sunflower seeds, 3 croutons, and cheese
diet coke
Snack:
16oz propel
diet coke
light popcorn
hershey bar (and I was still under my calorie goal!)
Exercise:
25 minutes of just dance 3
Daily Thoughts:
I weighed in at 145 last night. I'm sure it won't last, but still! Also, I read an article about sodas that scared me to death and made me not want to drink many. Yesterday I only had two diet cokes (which says a lot for how I normally am!). Hopefully I can curb my drinking habits. I have 2 more 12 packs at home of Diet Coke, and after that, I hope to quit.
