Lunch:
smart ones ziti meal
2 fat free cookies
sparkling grape water

Dinner:
1 piece garlic toast
mashed potatoes
1/2 a lean cuisine steamer pack
sparkling grape water

Snack:
100 cal pack cookies
propel
brownie sundae from BK. Oops

Exercise:
25 minutes of tennis on the wii

Daily Thoughts:
I've almost been doing this for a month! I'm at 147 this morning on the scale, but I'm trying not to get too caught up in it. That's still 5lbs, besides--my pants are fitting a little better. I wear my little belt thing when I workout now, and I can really tell that it's trimming my waistline. My pants feel a little more comfortable today and that's what it's all about. Regardless of a number, it's about feeling good.
