January 30

Breakfast:
12oz Diet Coke
90 cal Special K honey oat bar

Lunch:
smart ones 3 cheese ziti meal 
sparkling grape water
2 fat free cookies

Dinner:
1/2 steamed lean cuisine margarhita chicken meal (it was ok)
1/2 weight waters broccoli pack
1 piece texas toast (which I learned garlic is good for you, so good!)
1/2 fat ice cream by purity
diet coke

Snack:
100 cal pack cookies
propel zero
94% fat free popcorn
propel

Exercise:
45 minutes of Just Dance 3 with my sweat it off belt
100 crunches

Daily Thoughts:
I feel much better today with my eating regimen and workout schedule. The "Just Sweat" option on Just Dance 3 is awesome, and I chose the 7 day plan which is the equivalent of running 30 minutes each day, plus I did some extra. It's definitely fun, but I sweat a LOT so that's good!

tater tots

yeast roll

Dinner:
salad with croutons, cheese, ranch and sunflower seeds
sparkling water
smart ones chocolate brownie sundae

Daily Thoughts:
I can definitely feel the soreness in my arms, which is good because I hate my arms and hopefully they can slim down and tone from the Just Dance stuff. Also, I feel better about myself for not using up all of the 1200 calories that myfitnesspal has allotted me.

Lunch:
2 hot dogs
cupcake
sprite

Dinner:
2 slices of Great Value cheese pizza
diet coke 

Exercise:
50 minutes of Just Dance 3 on the Wii

Daily Thoughts:
I am super sore from doing the Wii yesterday, so I know it will help me with my fitness and I'm excited about it!

January 27

Breakfast:
12oz Diet Coke
90 cal Special K

Lunch:
other 1/2 of my cajun fettucini (no chicken this time)
yeast roll
diet coke

Snack:
cookie company double doozie
reese's snack size mcflurry

Exercise:
30 minutes of Just Dance 3 on the Wii


Daily Thoughts:
While I didn't eat dinner, I definitely didn't do any good eating both of those high-calorie snacks. I joined myfitnesspal.com and will hopefully be doing better! Also, we bought a Wii today and I'm so excited about Just Dance.

peanut butter sandwich on honey wheat
sour cream and onion chips

2 yeast rolls
sweet tea
1/2 cajun chicken fettucini

Snack:
100 cal pack

Daily Thoughts:
Today was a mildly depressing day, but tomorrow will be better. We're buying a Wii so we can get fit in a fun way!! I'm so ready to "Just Dance"

salad with ranch, croutons, sunflower seeds, and cheese.
grape sparkling water
2 fat free cookies

Dinner:
chicken and rice
1 piece toast
1 fat free cookie

Snack:
diet coke
100 cal pack

Exercise:
left lifts--3 reps 10

Daily Thoughts:
I have stomach ulcers, and it is no fun. Unless I eat frequently, it hurts. So, I'm going to have to do smaller meals/portions and more frequent. 

January 24

Breakfast:
diet coke
100 cal pop tart crisps (yum!) 

Lunch:
peanut butter sandwich on honey wheat --hello, it's National Peanut Butter Day!
chips
diet coke
2 fat free cookies

Dinner:
roasted chicken breast sub from Subway with cheese only
diet coke
1 cookie

Snack:
2 fat free cookies.

Exercise:
I ran/walked for 20 minutes

Daily Thoughts:
Weigh in this morning (fully clothed, though) at 148. Not terrible. 4lbs down, 16 to go.

1/2 lean cuisine chicken alfredo steamed meal
broccoli and cheese
1 piece of toast 
diet coke
1/2 fat ice cream

Snack:
grape sparkling water

Exercise:
1 ran up and down the stairs three times if that counts. =)


Daily Thoughts:
Not losing much weight. Need to start exercising a LOT. Glad I'm getting healthier, my skin looks clearer and I feel like I have more energy. Now I just need to start running.

I totally skipped yesterday, but with good cause. My sister came into town, and we mostly just pigged out and did nothing. I'm ashamed. This week I HAVE TO do better.
