Breakfast:
diet coke
special K 90 cal bar 

Lunch:
salad with ranch, croutons, sunflower seeds, cheese
grape sparkling water

Dinner:
1/2 lean cuisine chicken alfredo steamed meal
broccoli and cheese
1 piece of toast 
diet coke
1/2 fat ice cream

Snack:
grape sparkling water

Exercise:
1 ran up and down the stairs three times if that counts. =)


Daily Thoughts:
Not losing much weight. Need to start exercising a LOT. Glad I'm getting healthier, my skin looks clearer and I feel like I have more energy. Now I just need to start running.
