salad with ranch dressing, drizzle of sunflower seeds, cheese, couple of croutons
diet coke
fun-size m&ms

Snack:
2 ferrero rochet candies
10oz water

Dinner:
cheese ravioli
broccoli and cheese
piece of texas toast
diet coke
1/2 fat ice cream
