Breakfast:
Special K 90 cal bar
1 cup of Apple juice

Lunch:
Smart Ones ziti meal (7 WW pts)
12 oz Diet Coke
Bunch of grapes
M&Ms

Dinner:
Toasted cheese sandwich on white bread
Small bag of chips
Diet Coke

Snack:
1 scoop cone of ice cream

Exercise:
While it isn't exercise,  I got my "sauna belt" in and I'm excited to see how it works. Also, my calves are incredibly sore from those calf raises.
