Lunch:
low fat Italian chicken (crock pot)
cheesy mashed potatoes
1 piece garlic toast
sweet tea
brownie

Dinner:
salad with ranch, croutons, cheese, ham, carrots
2 yeast rolls
sweet tea

Snack:
2 s'mores
apple juice


Daily Thoughts:
Not one of my better days, but looking forward to starting next week off right.
