Breakfast:
diet coke and a vitamin. 

Lunch:
smart ones ravioli
diet coke
2 pieces ferrero rocher candy

Dinner:
Celebrated my boss's birthday at Rosie's. SO....
1 chicken chimichanga
chips and cheese dip
3 glasses of water

Snack:
16.9oz water

Exercise:
1 hour ping pong


Daily Thoughts:
Let me tell you, I must have been quite vitamin deficient. When I first started taking my vitamins, well, you couldn't really tell that my body was releasing those extra vitamins (you know what I mean...without being so completely TMI). Anyway, my body is finally getting enough vitamins that I'm releasing extra, but this has taken 2 weeks worth of vitamins for it to happen. At least I'm getting healthier!
