Breakfast:
12oz Diet Coke
90 cal Special K

Lunch:
peanut butter sandwich on honey wheat
sour cream and onion chips
diet coke
2 fat free cookies

Dinner:
2 yeast rolls
sweet tea
1/2 cajun chicken fettucini

Snack:
100 cal pack

Daily Thoughts:
Today was a mildly depressing day, but tomorrow will be better. We're buying a Wii so we can get fit in a fun way!! I'm so ready to "Just Dance"
