Breakfast:
diet coke and a vitamin. Hey, at least there's a vitamin!


Lunch:
a very small portion of the leftovers from yesterday's fettucini alfredo
cashews
diet coke


Dinner:
apple with peanut butter
diet coke

Snack:
2 Ferrero Rochet candies. I will definitely be glad when the Christmas candies are gone. 

Daily Thoughts:
It's mildly depressing when you eat salads for three weeks and don't really lose weight. I know that I need to exercise more, but it's hard to find the time. And not having anyone to exercise WITH makes it even harder. Blah.
