Breakfast:
None

Lunch:
Peanut butter sandwich on wheat bread
3 slices of mild cheddar cheese
small bunch of grapes
12 oz can Diet Coke

Snack:
10 oz water

Dinner:
Baked chicken fingers (small portion)
Broccoli and cheese
Mashed potatoes
12 oz Diet Coke

Snack:
Apple Juice
Candy

Exercise:
Wore my belt all day today. I'm also taking my vitamins every day hoping that it will help boost my metabolism and also give me more energy. I do recognize, though, that this willpower for not eating Christmas candy needs to step it up.
