Goals:
1 month: Healthier skin (fewer chocolate-induced breakouts), weigh in at or under 145.
2 months: Weigh in under 145. Size 10 pants be too big.
3 months: Weigh in under 140. Arms more defined.
4 months: Weigh in at 135. Wear size 6-8 pants.
5 months: Weigh in under 135. Walk/run at least 3 times a week.
6 months: Weigh in under 135. Run at least 3 times a week. Look good for anniversary trip.
7 months: Weigh in around 132. Tone legs, shrink cankles. Eat fresh fruits, salads at least 3x a week.
8 months: Maintain weight. Eat healthier. No fast food (if unavoidable, only Subway).
9 months: Maintain weight. Tone arms, legs.
10 months: Maintain weight. Work on building abs.
11 months: Maintain weight. Feel comfortable in all clothes.
12 months: Be healthy. Not concerned with weight or dress size, but instead happy and secure and comfortable in my own skin.
As you can see, it's a 20-pound goal. But I know I can do it. I will be logging my meals, exercising more, and hopefully getting healthier day by day in 2012.
