January 25

Breakfast:
diet coke
100 cal pop tart crisps

Lunch:
salad with ranch, croutons, sunflower seeds, and cheese.
grape sparkling water
2 fat free cookies

Dinner:
chicken and rice
1 piece toast
1 fat free cookie

Snack:
diet coke
100 cal pack

Exercise:
left lifts--3 reps 10

Daily Thoughts:
I have stomach ulcers, and it is no fun. Unless I eat frequently, it hurts. So, I'm going to have to do smaller meals/portions and more frequent.
