Breakfast:
Special K 90 cal bar
Diet Coke

Lunch:
lean cuisine fettucini alfredo
sweet tea

Snack:
sweet tea
cashews

Dinner:
salad with ranch, croutons, sunflower seeds, cheese
diet coke

Snack:
Christmas party so....
2 brownies, spinach dip and chips, 2 small chicken fingers, 1 piece fudge, 1 s'more, sweet tea

Exercise:
30 minutes ping pong

Daily Thoughts:
After eating salads for the last couple of days and eating lighter, I could really tell last night and this morning that I didn't feel as good not eating "healthy" last night. So, maybe I am on the right track after all!
