Breakfast:
Special K 90 cal bar
sweet tea

Lunch:
salad with ranch dressing, drizzle of sunflower seeds, cheese, couple of croutons
sweet tea

Snack:
20oz water
cashews

Dinner:
lean cuisine fettucini alfredo
grapes
sparkling water




Epiphany:
While the pounds aren't just dropping off because I'm eating a little healthier, my bloating has. My hands aren't as swollen in the mornings and I don't feel as groggy when I get up. I also weighed myself at 147 yesterday evening, which isn't the ideal time to weigh.
