Lunch:
peanut butter sandwich on honey wheat bread
chips
mild cheddar cheese slices
diet coke

Dinner:
spinach dip (weigh watchers)
grapes
2 hershey's miniatures candies
diet coke


Daily Thoughts:
I felt awful all day yesterday, but I still ate better. Also, the weight watchers spinach dip is delicious if you're looking for something like that!
