Special K 90 cal bar
Diet Coke

Lunch:
salad with ranch, 3 croutons, cheese, and sunflower seeds
approx. 14oz sweet tea

Snack:
30oz water
cashews

Dinner:
Diet Coke
3 chicken fingers
small cup of potato soup
2 mozz sticks
2 yeast rolls
half of a small brownie
(yeah yeah, birthday celebration at Logan's)
