Breakfast:
Special K 90 cal bar
12 oz can Diet Coke (left about 1/4)

Lunch:
Salad with cheese, ranch, and sunflower seeds.
Half a bunch of grapes
3 small slices of mild cheddar cheese
12 oz can Diet Coke

Snack:
5 Hershey's miniatures (2 dark chocolate)
10 ounces of water

Dinner:
Ground Beef tacos with two small tortilla shells.
Salad with cheese, croutons, ranch dressing.
Low fat moose tracks ice cream

Snack:
2 packs fruit snacks
1 cup apple juice

Exercise:
100 stair calf raises
