Breakfast:
special K 90 cal bar
diet coke

Lunch:
peanut butter sandwich on honey wheat bread
3 small mild cheddar cheese slices
diet coke
cashews

Snack:
20oz water
cashews

Dinner:
baked chicken fingers
baked french fries
cheese toast
water
brownie

Exercise:
45 minutes of ping pong. And for those of you saying ping pong isn't exercise, tell that to the large amounts of sweat I'm feeling.


Daily Thoughts:
So, I eat cashews as a snack. While they aren't the healthiest of nuts, I lack vitamins like woah, and I'm anemic, and cashews are some of the best nuts for people who need iron. Plus, it is said to boost metabolism, give you protein, and they contain the good kinds of fats (omega 3s). Oh, and did I mention that studies show that women who eat nuts 4x a week are 1/2 as likely to have heart disease? Go cashews!
