salad with croutons, ranch and cheese

sparkling water

Dinner:
1/2 lean cuisine garlic chicken (not bad, but the fettucini is definitely the best)
1 piece garlic toast
sweet corn
diet coke

Snacks:
100 cal pack cookies
2 homemade cookies
small handful of chips with cheese dip
sprite
