Lunch:
special k protein meal bar

Dinner:
1 chicken chimichanga
cheese dip
half order mexican rice
chips
diet coke

Snack:
diet coke

Exercise:
walked around the mall for 45 minutes. 

Daily Thoughts:
I joined a group on Facebook to help me lose weight. It's a group of my friends and other people that each of them know, and we're doing a biggest loser competition. We're going to have challenges and exercises each week, and I'm pretty excited about it. Hopefully that can help me in the weight loss area as well as keep me accountable and excited about it. However, I've been going a month strong so I think I'm on the right track.
